What I'm looking for

I am seeking a mid-level operations/support role where I can apply Oracle/UNIX expertise, improve incident response, work with monitoring tools, and grow into DevOps/SRE responsibilities.

I am an Application/Production Support Engineer with around 3.4 years of hands-on experience supporting production environments, resolving incidents, and ensuring system uptime. I excel in Oracle (19c/21c) on UNIX, shell scripting, SQL/PLSQL, monitoring tools (Kibana, Grafana, Kafka), and ITIL-based incident, problem and change management.

I collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot P1/P2 outages, perform root-cause analysis, optimize system performance, and support releases and deployments.
