I’m a customer support and customer-facing professional with hands-on experience assisting customers through an international non-voice process using email and chat. I’ve supported customers in resolving problems with knowledgeable, friendly service, and I’m comfortable working in fast-moving environments where accuracy and responsiveness matter.

In my support roles, I used Zendesk and Microsoft Outlook to manage conversations, perform multi-task management, and drive high customer satisfaction. When issues required additional action, I escalated concerns, issues, and requirements to relevant vendors to enable immediate rectification.

Beyond support, I’ve also worked directly with customers through vehicle and distributor-focused sales activities—greeting customers, understanding needs, explaining features, demonstrating vehicle operation, and planning sales calls.
