I’m an engineer-turned-product leader with 15 years of experience taking B2B and B2C products from 0-to-1 to scale across HR-tech, healthcare, OTT, and live video. I now focus on AI-first product leadership—building LLM-powered features, agent frameworks, and the operating systems that make teams ship confidently.
At ANSR / Talent500, I co-led the adoption of LLM-assisted development across the engineering org—creating an SDLC framework with skills and checkpoints from PRD creation and prompt design through code check-in into dev branches. I also turned existing designs into working UI artifacts using Claude Code and Figma, enabling rapid prototyping with minimal designer dependency on top of an internal UI library and agent framework.
I work across the model stack thoughtfully: using local LLMs via Ollama and routing across providers with OpenRouter to manage context-window, latency, and cost tradeoffs. Cross-functionally, I helped create and ship custom skills for Claude / GTP / Gemini to automate repetitive daily tasks—lifting throughput beyond engineering.
My product results are tied to measurable outcomes: I shipped an AI-based candidate screening engine improving CV-to-shortlist conversion from 60% (manual) to 90%+ and launched an Automated Outreach module that qualifies candidates via voice, WhatsApp, and InMail—eliminating manual sourcing for 95% of standard roles. Across earlier roles, I built workflow automation and RPA-driven agentic systems (cutting manual case handling by 60%+), launched remote patient monitoring with 2,000+ installs and 10,000+ vitals readings, and grew revenue through subscriptions and e-commerce with 100K+ subscriptions from an existing user base—so I can deliver AI-led growth where it’s part of the strategy, not a feature add-on.
