I'm seeking an Implementation Consultant role focused on HRIS and enterprise SaaS implementations.

At Pasarpolis, I lead client onboarding and go-live for partner platforms and insurance products, translating partner and insurer processes into documented requirements and coordinating configuration, integrations, testing, and issue resolution. I also built an error-alerting system and impacted-policy dashboard using SQL and BigQuery to help resolve policy and disbursement issues proactively.

Previously, I implemented a customer-facing chatbot at Bluestacks using Google Dialogflow and Kommunicate, and configured Zendesk workflows with Python scripts and Google Sheets.
