At KidVenture Arena, I lead strategic initiatives across school transformation, AI, talent, product, financial planning, and business operations. I work with senior leadership to turn institutional objectives into transformation strategies, operating frameworks, and execution roadmaps.
For SNS Academy, I directed a transformation for 210+ students in Grades 9–12, covering diagnostics, intervention strategy, performance systems, and academic improvement. I also designed Agent-Based Learning for Schools, combining AI, personalised learning, and structured workflows.
I built and launched KVA – Mind Meets Machine, a 10-day AI innovation pilot that generated 90+ registrations and 50+ completions. I also designed workflow automation using n8n, Zapier, AI agents, APIs, and prompt engineering.
