I am a customer service professional with multi-year experience supporting English-speaking markets in banking, property management, and technical support. I have strong experience using Salesforce, SAP, Slack, Microsoft Office and Google Workplace to resolve customer issues and track cases efficiently.

I pride myself on being patient, empathetic and detail-oriented, with formal training in customer onboarding and customer service (BTEC Level 2) and C1 English proficiency. I consistently welcomed visitors, managed bookings and supported tenants and bank customers to improve their experience.
