What I'm looking for

I’m looking for work where I can solve problems, support users, and contribute to a smooth everyday experience through troubleshooting, account management, and guiding people through new ways of working.

At Tibber, I supported internal users across Windows and macOS, managed accounts and security settings, and automated parts of account management and access flows using Anthropic Claude. I also documented processes and created internal guides to make support more efficient.

At Lidingö Stad, I’m responsible for day-to-day IT operations for over 350 users, including Google Admin, device troubleshooting, and hardware repairs. I’m studying Network and IT Security at Noroff School of Technology & Digital Media and building my skills through hands-on work and a home lab.
