What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a remote part-time or evening/weekend IT support role where I can troubleshoot devices, support end-users, and continue growing in technical operations, Windows systems, and networking.

At Bravura supporting Tele2, I reinstalled, updated, and restored operating systems and essential business software across workstations. I also configured, provisioned, and delivered laptops, Chromebooks, and iPads to end-users in three municipalities.

I'm building on hands-on IT support experience through VMware guest environments, TryHackMe and Hack The Box labs, and Anki-based study of Linux commands, network protocols, and troubleshooting workflows.

With a Higher Vocational Degree in Technical Operations, I'm motivated to provide reliable end-user support across Windows client/server, device deployment, hardware maintenance, and network troubleshooting.
