What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead and support enterprise unified communications and Microsoft cloud collaboration environments, with opportunities to solve complex escalations, mentor engineers, and deliver reliable Teams voice, Exchange, and Microsoft 365 solutions.

At Concentrix/Convergys, I've led enterprise Microsoft Teams Direct Routing environments, integrating AudioCodes, Ribbon, and Oracle SBCs with PSTN gateways for global Premier customers.

I've resolved complex Sev-1 and Sev-2 incidents across Teams, Skype for Business, and Microsoft 365, while supporting Teams Rooms deployments, Exchange hybrid coexistence, mailbox migrations, and SharePoint Online governance. I also guide L1–L3 escalation engineers through technical reviews and SLA-focused delivery.

With more than 10 years in enterprise unified communications, I've been recognized five times as Employee of the Month and once as Employee of the Quarter for escalation resolution, technical delivery, and customer excellence.
