I troubleshoot VoIP and SIP signaling with Audiocodes SBC, OVOC, and SIP trace analysis while managing incidents under ITIL SLAs.
I've led Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migrations for 1,000+ users across four acquired companies, moving Mailboxes, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive with Quest On Demand and Sharegate. I also rebuilt two SharePoint Online intranet portals and provide hypercare support to help users adopt migrated services.
