At Tata Consultancy Services, I design and govern global Microsoft Teams Phone architectures for multinational clients. I led a 20,000+ user migration from legacy Cisco telephony to hybrid Teams Phone with zero downtime and deployed 500+ secure Microsoft Teams Rooms globally.
I build hybrid voice connectivity across Direct Routing, Operator Connect, Calling Plans, SBCs, and analog-to-SIP integrations for emergency lines, lifts, fax, and paging systems. I also engineer dial plans, normalization rules, voice routing policies, and PowerShell automation for tens of thousands of users.
Previously, I administered Microsoft 365, Teams, and Entra ID environments at Amiseq India and managed LAN/WAN, Active Directory, and firewall infrastructure at Steel Buildings LLC. I use CQD and Power BI reporting to improve call quality, reducing poor-call incidents by 30%.
