I’m seeking a challenging, rewarding opportunity in a professional organization where I can keep learning, enhance my skills, and contribute to the organization’s goals.

At CBA, I deployed the organization’s first bot built using Power Virtual Agent and released multiple custom-built apps on Microsoft Teams. I also automated Teams site creation alongside the power platform team and helped release AI technologies including ChatGPT and Copilot.

At VMware, I worked on migrating from Skype for Business Server 2015 to Microsoft Teams and on decommissioning Skype for Business and its associated servers. I also worked on the design and implementation of Teams, Zoom, Slack, and AudioCodes solutions, and on an Amazon Connect Contact Center deployment project.

At Getronics Solutions India private limited, I implemented AudioCodes SBC solutions for a Service Provider in Europe, including about 30 SBCs with varying technical requirements. Earlier, I supported Unified Communications deployments and troubleshooting at Tech Mahindra, SoftwareOne India Private Limited, and Wipro Technologies; at Wipro, I maintained a resolution rate above 95% within 24 hours as a Technical Lead.
