What I'm looking for

I'm open to Technical Architect or leadership roles where I can design secure, scalable Microsoft 365 collaboration and communications platforms, lead cross-functional delivery, and improve operations through automation and standardization.

At TransUnion, I lead Microsoft 365 initiatives spanning Teams, Exchange Online, Enterprise Voice, Intune, Azure AD, Microsoft Graph APIs, Teams Rooms, and Proofpoint email security. I design scalable, secure, compliant collaboration solutions, including Teams Direct Routing with hosted SBCs, governance automation, conditional access, and M&A tenant migrations.

I've led Teams lifecycle management from deployment and policy design through continuous improvement, while supporting multi-site voice, emergency calling, call quality, federation, and external communications. I also build practical automation with PowerShell, Power Automate, Azure Automation, Graph API, and Copilot Studio.

Earlier at HCL and Wipro, I supported large enterprise Lync and Skype for Business environments for ExxonMobil and Microsoft's direct customers, handling enterprise voice, hybrid deployments, Exchange integration, critical incidents, and technical escalations. I've mentored engineers, delivered technical training, earned TransUnion's Belief award, and was recognized as Best Support Engineer.
