What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a full-time remote role in customer support, email support, live chat, or e-commerce customer service. I’m open to evening or night shifts for international teams.

At Biyagama Auto Trade, I managed customer enquiries about vehicle availability, features, pricing, and purchasing. I followed up with prospective buyers and supported them through the buying process.

At Alliance Finance, I inspected vehicles, reviewed market prices, and prepared valuation reports. I explained valuation findings to customers and responded to their questions.

At Associated Motorways, I assisted customers with vehicle selection, quotations, and product information. I also explained financing and leasing options and supported documentation and customer follow-up.

I have practical experience with online selling through eBay and Amazon, along with Microsoft Office and SAP familiarity. I’m seeking full-time remote customer support work and am open to evening or night shifts for international teams.
