I’m looking for a role where I can support leadership with smooth scheduling, compliant processes, and proactive coordination. I want to keep priorities on track, improve workflows, and partner with teams to strengthen people operations.

I’m an Executive Assistant who enjoys learning, figuring things out, and helping things run smoothly behind the scenes. I bring over 6 years of experience across HR, operations, and administrative support, and I currently support leadership with calendars, meetings, travel, and insurance processes—while keeping everything compliant.

In my current role, I serve as a first point of contact for clients, vendors, and partners, routing communication to the right people. I manage scheduling and travel for in-person and online meetings, keep accurate documentation and CRM records (contracts, quotes, reports), and track deadlines through follow-ups.

I also manage insurance processes with brokers, including COIs and deadline tracking, to ensure quotes and paperwork are completed accurately and on time. My style is organized and proactive—I take ownership, manage multiple priorities, and constantly look for better ways to do things while keeping operations on track.

Previously, I led the full recruitment cycle (sourcing to onboarding), supported background checks and onboarding paperwork, and worked on organizational development—monthly check-ins, improvement plans, and team-building. I’ve partnered closely with CEOs and managers to strengthen how work gets done across the company.
