I’m an HR Operations and Delivery Specialist who streamlines end-to-end talent delivery and pre-onboarding processes in high-volume BPO environments. At Conduent Business Services, I improved requisition delivery to 98% by using data-driven tracking and management, and I ensured 100% compliance with Homeland Security for I-9 verifications and client background check protocols.
