What I'm looking for
I am an IT student at Florida State College at Jacksonville with hands-on experience in technical support, structured data cabling, and AV operations.
I currently serve as Lead IT Specialist at a community organization, managing AV/IT operations, troubleshooting onsite, and coordinating cross-stakeholder communications. I also have retail and hospitality experience handling POS systems and fast-paced customer service.
Previously I mentored youth as a Student Success Coach and delivered youth programs as a Customer Experience Librarian, improving engagement through active listening and targeted interventions. I have led teams, supported lesson planning, and promoted equity and inclusion in diverse settings. I am working toward CompTIA A+ and Network+ certifications to strengthen my technical foundation.
