Built a two-sided B2B marketplace for construction staffing from zero to one, with an anonymity-until-payment model and LLM agents across the funnel.

Championed GitOps delivery and test automation, reducing rollout time from days to 30 minutes for an AI/data platform across multinational teams. Redirected product strategy from real user workflows, moving the platform from a GUI-based React canvas to a CLI, an SDK and a web-embedded IDE with config import.

Integrated test automation into the Jenkins pipeline and introduced Dagster and dbt to automate quarterly imports and new indicators, saving almost 75% time per data update. Migrated a bare-metal system fully into containers and carried a full UI relaunch through the same period.

Restructured an 18-person delivery organisation into three lean teams, reducing attrition from a near-total exodus to a single departure. Shipped the Claims Center from concept to production and cut time-to-market for a new insurance product from months to less than a week.

Moved research results into production across a matrix organisation in a fully SAFe setup with agile release trains and PI planning.

Shipped a three-layer product for quantum-secure encryption that installs in under two minutes. Later served as Chair of the board.

Managed data structures and identity management for the Robert Koch Institute programmes DIM and DESH.

Migrated a legacy system to Shopware for three AOK insurers and roughly 20,000 employees; still in production.

Built a mobile group-based P2P payments company from zero and took it to acquisition by Sparkasse, inside the girocard ecosystem.

Earned a Diplom in Industrial Engineering and Management, equivalent to a Master's degree, with a specialization in Logistics. Completed a thesis with Siemens AG Energy Service on the German secondary control reserve market.
