At ProCredit Holding AG, I own group-level retail payments strategy and the roadmap across 11 markets. I define product and architectural standards for the federated Payment Core, and built a feature-country adoption framework based on market readiness and payment-rail capabilities.
At Raiffeisen Bank International Retail Innovation LLC, I ran Romanian and Polish local payment schemes alongside SEPA through Libra, a partner PSP. I defined business, reconciliation and integration rules, managed vendor communication, and managed integration of STEP2, TIPS and RT1; identifying and automating payment-processing bottlenecks reduced operational costs by 13%.
Earlier, at Competo LLC, I developed release planning for cross-team dependencies and priorities, contributing to a new approach that reduced Time to Market by 19%. At Creatio (CRM system), I implemented major projects and customized CRM modules for client needs; at UBC Corporation, I implemented ERP projects and supported clients in production. I use SQL and Power BI dashboards to support product prioritization and Claude Code to draft specifications and documentation.
