What I'm looking for
I’m a resourceful business development and recruiting professional with “over 20 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, and people management.” I partner with stakeholders, influence negotiations, and drive process improvements—especially in high-ambiguity environments where strong judgment matters.
In my current resource management and business development work, I manage recruiting data, metrics, and reporting, and I’ve partnered with hiring teams to gather job descriptions, submit within VMO guidelines (including Banjo submissions), and manage skill assessments and contract offers. Previously, I spearheaded solution sales and business development, handled rate negotiations to optimize project costs, and owned consultant onboarding and offboarding.
