I am a commercially driven sales and operations leader with experience scaling high-growth businesses across digital media, affiliate marketing, and recruitment.
I founded a golf media business, secured SEIS pre-seed investment, and grew the brand to over three million views in six months while negotiating branded partnerships and producing commercially successful films.
As Head of Operations I led U.S. market entry, built a North American office, and drove deal-making that contributed to a $30M acquisition. I launched the Slot Squad influencer programme and negotiated landmark regulated affiliate and distribution deals in the U.S. gaming market.
Earlier I transformed recruitment operations into strategic delivery of integrated Microsoft project teams, improving client retention and revenue per account. I invest in communication and influence, having completed advanced NLP training in Persuasion Engineering and Human Design Engineering.
