I’m eager to transition into a full or part time position, learn more in depth about an array of industries, and work with innovative teams delivering high-quality services—focused on sales and customer service while taking on new challenges.

I’m a collaborative operations and media professional with 9 years of diverse experience across hospitality, sales, content creation, coaching, and social media management. I’ve built strong client communication and quality-focused delivery through roles in mental health coaching, a marketing agency, and media education workshops.

As a Managing Director, I partnered with like-minded individuals to grow a marketing agency delivering website design, social media management, adverts, video editing, and rebranding. As an Operations Manager, I co-founded media education workshops for children and led staff, bookings, client communication, and quality control—translating tutor and customer feedback into day-to-day improvements.
