I've grown from leading customer support to shaping People Operations at FishingBooker, where I currently lead culture, engagement, performance management, learning and development, recruitment, onboarding, and compliance.

As Acting Head of People Operations, I manage and support a team spanning recruitment, HR generalist work, people experience and travel coordination, and office operations. I align hiring needs with leadership, develop career paths and succession plans, and run company-wide performance evaluations twice a year.

Previously, I designed management development programs, managed employee experience from onboarding through alumni projects, administered eNPS surveys, and created company policies, SOPs, and the Company Guide.

Before moving into HR, I led FishingBooker’s Support team of up to 20 people, reduced turnover from 30% to 10%, increased Help Center article readership by 400%, and helped reduce customer requests by 10% year over year through product and automation improvements.
