What I'm looking for

I’m looking to partner with IT/Tech leaders in remote teams—using HR data, internal communication, and end-to-end employee lifecycle ownership to shape onboarding, retention, and hiring decisions.

I support the full employee lifecycle end-to-end as a People Partner and HR Generalist, including 4+ years in IT/Tech. In fully remote, international teams, I act as a trusted partner to leaders on hiring needs and team structure.

At Tutu, I redesigned onboarding with welcome meetings, personalized roadmaps, and structured check-ins to improve new-hire time-to-productivity and reduce probation risk. I also ran exit interviews and analyzed turnover data to pinpoint root causes and translate them into retention strategies and policy improvements.

I build internal communication and employer branding around structural changes and new-hire announcements, while maintaining data-backed HR dashboards for management decisions. I’ve led company-wide programs like an internship initiative (20 participants, 15 converted to permanent roles) and handled full-cycle recruiting from Middle/Senior specialists to C-level.
