At Tenderly, I lead the People function and partner with founders and executive leadership through organizational transformation, operational efficiency, and enterprise maturity.
I joined as the company’s first People hire, supporting growth from 19 to 100+ employees across Europe and the US. I built hiring infrastructure for 100+ hires, designed performance and compensation systems, and created People Analytics dashboards covering organizational health, retention, hiring, onboarding, and performance.
I build practical, AI-enabled People operations that help lean teams scale, while coaching leaders through organizational design, promotions, restructuring, and complex employee matters.

Leading the People function at Tenderly, partnering with founders and executive leadership through organizational transformation and a shift toward greater operational efficiency and enterprise maturity. Built an AI-enabled People operating model, enabling a two-person team to support an 85-person global organization while reducing manual work by approximately 10–15 hours per week.
