What I'm looking for

I’m looking to own People Ops end to end—building scalable processes, improving workplace workflows, and partnering cross-functionally to support growth in international, fast-moving environments.

I’m a People Operations Manager with 5 years of experience across HR, business operations, and workplace management. I build operational processes from scratch, optimize workflows, and manage the full employee lifecycle to support smooth growth.

In my roles, I’ve handled on- and off-boarding, created HR documentation, policies, and internal procedures, and supported founders with executive assistance and day-to-day coordination. I also developed office and workplace operations end to end, including vendor management, procurement, and budgeting, while planning company events and employee engagement initiatives.

I enjoy cross-functional work and clear execution—coordinating projects while supporting over 800 employees across multiple offices. Earlier experience as a Sales Manager and Team Lead in Compliance & Collection sharpened my approach to client relationships, negotiations, KPI/receivables monitoring, and team support.
