I'm looking to help customers get real value from technology and digital products by solving complex problems, building strong relationships, improving retention, and identifying opportunities for growth.

At Databox, I manage 200–250 high-value accounts representing over $1.5M in ARR, sustaining a 98% retention rate through proactive, health-score-driven customer engagement.

I lead technically complex onboarding by mapping multi-tool data stacks, building custom data models, connecting databases and third-party platforms, and aligning marketing, analytics, and leadership stakeholders. I also design AI-driven CSM workflows that automate account research, health monitoring, and customer communications.

Previously at Brush Galaxy, I owned client relationships from onboarding through ongoing collaboration, helping clients solve technical and product challenges while improving satisfaction and platform content quality.
