I'm currently driving franchise and new-unit growth training at Maaco Collision in Charlotte, helping operators understand the predictors of profitability.

Previously, I coached more than 60 franchise centers across the Western region for Maaco Collision. My work helped drive a 7% year-over-year increase in new sales while reducing COGs by 3%, improving top-line profits for supported centers.

I've also managed operations and call center teams at Seidner's Collision Centers, with experience in KPI management, budgeting, labor, inventory controls, customer service, and account management.
