My background includes managing technicians, writing estimates, hiring and training staff, ordering parts, and overseeing daily shop operations. I blend practical shop knowledge with administrative skills, including proficiency in MS Office and CCC estimating tools.

I lead by example and emphasize teaching and respect over anger, fostering productive teams and positive customer experiences. I hold I‑CAR Platinum individual recognition and have formal I‑CAR training.
