What I'm looking for

I’m seeking remote-friendly IT or cybersecurity roles where I can apply hands-on troubleshooting, grow technical skills, and contribute to user-focused, collaborative teams.

I am an IT support and cybersecurity trainee with hands-on experience in technical troubleshooting, customer-facing support, and cybersecurity labs. I have applied ISC2 CC domains and TryHackMe exercises to strengthen practical defenses and incident response skills.

My background includes roles in customer support and sales at Safaricom PLC and customer service at Mwabungu Solutions, where I resolved account and device issues, handled inquiries, and maintained accurate records while meeting performance targets. I combine strong communication with analytical attention to detail and a customer-support mindset.

I hold certifications including ISC2 CC Domain Certificates (1–5), TryHackMe Pre-Security, a Mastercard Cybersecurity Job Simulation, PostgreSQL SQL Developer, and Canva design credentials. I work well in remote environments and quickly learn new tools and processes.
