What I'm looking for

I am seeking an entry-level IT role where I can apply my networking, helpdesk, and cybersecurity fundamentals, grow technical skills, and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

I am a resourceful ICT graduate with a Diploma in Information Communication Technology and hands-on experience in IT support, basic networking, and system maintenance. I have practical experience configuring LANs, assisting with software installations, and performing system upgrades during an ICT attachment.

I am skilled in troubleshooting hardware and software issues, familiar with TCP/IP routing, and competent with tools like Microsoft Office and Visual Studio Code. I have built a responsive personal website using HTML and CSS and write basic programs in Python.

I am eager to develop deeper expertise in cybersecurity and support roles, work well in teams, manage time effectively, and perform reliably with minimal supervision. I am open to entry-level opportunities in IT support, helpdesk, and cybersecurity.
