I’m looking for a role where I can lead application/LMS support, own troubleshooting and incident resolution, and deliver reliable release validation. I want to work with modern support tooling and analytics, keeping SLA standards and customer success at the center.

I’m a results-driven Senior Support Engineer with 4+ years of experience in Application Support, Software Testing, Learning Management Systems (LMS), SQL Reporting, and Customer Success. I focus on troubleshooting complex technical issues, managing incident resolution, and ensuring SLA compliance while delivering exceptional customer support.

In my roles, I’ve owned functional, regression, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and validated software releases to keep product quality high. I’m comfortable developing and optimizing SQL L1 queries, creating business reports using Jaspersoft, and building analytical support dashboards with Power BI.
