I’m looking for a customer-facing application engineering role where I own production support, workflow operations, incident management, and data investigations—partnering with engineering and infrastructure to improve reliability and SLA outcomes.

I’m a software engineer with 10+ years of experience supporting, enhancing, and operating enterprise-scale applications across finance, manufacturing, and healthcare. I’m strongest in application and production support, server and performance monitoring, incident management, and workflow operations in high-availability environments.
