I am a seasoned technology consultant and training manager with over 20 years of experience in IT projects, technical problem-solving, and documentation. My career has been marked by a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage implementations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality training and documentation solutions for both the private sector and government agencies.

Throughout my career, I have developed a strong background in Management Information Systems (MIS), Emergency Medical Services (EMS), public safety, and electronic patient care records (ePCRs). I have hands-on experience in user training, system design, and stakeholder engagement, which has enabled me to create effective training materials and facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) sessions. My role as a Manager at Public Consulting Group has allowed me to lead training initiatives and improve efficiency across various platforms.
