I lead Strategy & Operations when the hard part is not choosing priorities, but getting multiple functions to execute them consistently. My work is centered on strategic programs, operating models and cross-functional execution.
At Arco Consulting Partners, I manage 3 direct reports and coordinate 3-5 concurrent strategic workstreams across 7+ functions, working directly with partners, executives and senior functional leaders.
I led the firm's 2026-2028 strategic planning cycle and moved its execution governance into recurring operation. Strategic follow-up that had been more fragmented or ad hoc now runs through a common management rhythm for priorities, owners, dependencies, blockers and follow-through. The model supports clearer ownership, better leadership visibility, more structured resource prioritization, and explicit decisions to continue, adjust, prioritize or stop initiatives.
I have also led hands-on operating transformation. In a nine-month independent engagement for a confidential B2C digital platform, I conducted 10+ structured interviews and designed or redesigned and put into operation 12+ critical processes across operations, finance, controllership, marketing and people management. I also structured three multidisciplinary squads, implemented the work-management process in ClickUp and completed a structured handover to the executive sponsor.
Earlier in my career, I worked in Deal Advisory, Corporate Finance & M&A at KPMG, served as Chief Strategy Officer at Alterbank, and led new-business and strategy work for a Dublin-based company while working remotely from Brazil. That background gives me a financial and commercial lens on operating decisions.
I also use governed AI-assisted workflows for research and executive decision support.
My strongest work is in Strategic Programs, Strategy & Operations and transformation mandates where priorities span functions and leadership needs clear ownership, disciplined follow-through and a repeatable way to turn strategy into action.
