What I'm looking for
I build the execution infrastructure that connects corporate strategy, M&A advisory, and measurable operational outcomes for B2B organizations scaling from $20M to $200M in revenue. My focus is always the same: decision-making and governance that hold up in the real world, not just on slides.
Currently, I lead Strategy, Market Intelligence & AI at Arco Consulting Partners, where I created and run IRIS (Intelligence, Research & Innovation Studio). I also lead Arco Tech, the internal knowledge platform that combines structured project data with LLM-powered agents to amplify consulting delivery across every engagement.
Across my career, I’ve owned the strategy cycle end-to-end—thesis definition, portfolio prioritization, and multi-level OKR/KPI design—while redesigning operating models that reduce decision latency and create audit-grade traceability. I’m driven by applied AI and decision intelligence: practical LLM applications for strategy, pricing, risk, and M&A, including scenario engines and executive dashboards.
