At Relational FS, I support the PROFITS core banking system for more than six banks and SACCOs across Africa and Europe. I take production incidents from first report to root cause across the application, databases, servers, and network.
I designed and built DBOps (Archivio), a Python application that automates SQL Server archiving and database operations for PROFITS. It cut manual archiving work by about 80%, and I extended it with operational tools, role-based access, and a Windows installer and patch process.
Before Relational FS, I worked at Copia Global in technical support, system administration, and DevOps. I built CI/CD pipelines and containerised applications with Docker and Kubernetes, cutting deployment time by about 60%.
