Currently, I maintain hardware, operating systems, and applications, and support user accounts and access controls. I also create Python, PowerShell, and Bash scripts to monitor logs and automate repetitive operations.
At Huawei Kenya, I supported Mpesa services, Mpesa infrastructure, and other financial systems as a Product Specialist Engineer. I maintained Linux servers and middleware, including RabbitMQ, supporting applications that interfaced with Mpesa.
At ABSA KENYA, I provided application support for banking applications across Windows, Solaris, Linux, and MacOS. I also supported Oracle, SQL, Microsoft SQL Server, and GaussDB databases.
Earlier, I worked as a DATA ANALYST at CloudFactory Kenya, collecting and interpreting sports data and supporting data quality processes. My experience also includes IT internships at IPSOS LIMITED and Kisumu International Airport.
