At Pendo Media, I provide L1/L2 production support for a multi-tenant SACCO banking platform serving 9+ cooperative societies. I investigate API failures and data anomalies, monitor services in Grafana, and resolve M-Pesa payment issues.

I also led a two-month on-site deployment in Mogadishu, supporting users and troubleshooting connectivity and integrations. I validate data migrations and financial reconciliation reports in PostgreSQL.

As an independent software consultant, I run and support Mustard Imports, a live Django and Vue 3 e-commerce platform with M-Pesa payments, and maintain the AG Properties real estate portal on Odoo 19.3 SaaS.
