I am as System Analyst who have acquired and practiced quality systems administration, telecommunication, information technology, hardware maintenance, computer applications, communicating, interacting and networking skills that have enabled the organizations that I have worked with attain their work objectives. I have also greatly improved and perfected my computer and ICT skills through hands-on application in duties I undertook.

Apart from telephone handling experience and communication improved on email handling, I have also gained some experience in project management which has made me have a great understanding of communication channels and conflict management skills. My academic and professional qualifications include a Post Graduate Diploma in System Analysis, Post Graduate Diploma in Programming, and Technical Certificate in Network Administration, electrical engineering among other credentials.
