I'm looking to lead strategic execution and international growth, partnering with leadership teams to scale revenue, build operating structures, and improve performance through disciplined processes, AI and automation.

I've partnered with the CEO at Apparel Labs to scale annual revenue from USD 4M to USD 10M through commercial strategy, pricing and international expansion.

As COO, I translate strategy into coordinated execution across Design, Product Development, Sourcing, Production and Finance. I've built leadership structures, owned planning and forecasting, rebuilt supplier networks across China, Vietnam and Bangladesh, and introduced AI and workflow automation to improve scalability.

Previously, I established and led Carey y Cia.'s China office, building its market presence, client base and professional network across China and Latin America.

Across Europe, Asia, Latin America and North America, I've advised C-suite executives on cross-border investments, market entry and international transactions exceeding USD 800M. My background as a corporate lawyer helps me lead complex, cross-functional work through ambiguity with disciplined execution.
