What I'm looking for

I'm looking to partner with senior leaders in a fast-moving, multicultural environment, translating ambitious priorities into clear operating plans, data-driven decisions, AI-enabled workflows and cross-functional execution.

At Descartes Institute, I partner with the CEO to turn strategy into operating plans, governance, budgets, forecasts and measurable delivery across research, technology, commercial and partnership workstreams.

I oversee a $2.25M budget, P&L performance and organisation-wide OKR/KPI cadence, using dashboards and AI-enabled workflows to guide hiring, investment, resource allocation and execution across global initiatives.

I've also built executive communities and multi-country programmes at the World Economic Forum, launched an AI venture as COO, and advise responsible-AI founders on partnerships and positioning. I enjoy bringing structure to fast-moving, multicultural teams and making complex priorities actionable.
