At Atlantis, I rolled an operating model across every European region, growing revenue from $1M to $5M and taking full P&L ownership. Earlier, at PepsiCo Europe, I built the ESSA HR Analytics function from scratch and developed forecasting models that shaped five-year org-design decisions.
As an early team member at Zive and Hyde, I ran operations, finance, fundraising work and partnerships. At Hyde, I led AI operations alongside the engineering team; at ICEO, I separated infrastructure from the venture builder and built an audit-ready Token Operations App. I’m pragmatic about tools: the outcome comes first.
