A remote-first RevOps, BizOps, or Chief of Staff role at a Series B–D tech/SaaS company (50–500 people) where operations is a strategic function. I want to build systems, own outcomes, and grow into a Head/VP Operations track within 2–3 years. Compensation target: €80–110K base to start, scaling fast.

I'm a finance-trained business operator with 10+ years of experience building the decision infrastructure that helps leadership teams move faster and more profitably.

My career has been defined by one repeatable pattern: taking operational complexity — messy data, fragmented processes, unclear cost structures — and turning it into clear, actionable systems that drive measurable business outcomes. I've done this across procurement strategy, commercial operations, and cross-functional execution, always with direct CEO reporting responsibility.
