At Ethought Technologies, I supported 0→1 development and commercialization across Estemet, Sponx Studio and Xinx. I translated customer and business needs into product requirements, user stories and delivery-ready specifications.
For Xinx, I used customer feedback and operational indicators to inform product refinements, supporting an ecosystem of 1,000+ end users, 78 vendors, 35 service centers and 19 manufacturers. I also worked with engineering, design and business stakeholders to clarify requirements and support releases.
At Kradle X, I worked on LezrApp as it moved from beta toward commercialization, using customer feedback to refine product direction. Earlier, I co-led Quickbits Seven Private Limited’s IoT-enabled smart vending platform from 0→1 through commercialization, coordinating a six-member core team and hardware-software integration.
