At Increff, I lead product strategy and execution for Store Management, Label Software, Omnichannel BI, and integrations serving enterprise retail clients including Libas, Koskii, The Apparel Group, and Wrogn.
I own integration architecture across Omnichannel, OMS, WMS, and Store Management, enabling scalable connections to ERPs, POS systems, payment gateways, cPaaS platforms, and marketplaces through standardized REST APIs.
I've led 0-to-1 launches for Store Management experiences including Endless Aisle, Self-Checkout, and Store Conversational Intelligence, while architecting pricing, payments, returns, click-and-collect, and hyperlocal fulfillment capabilities.
I combine product strategy with hands-on technical and data work, from PRDs and SQL-driven BI dashboards to AI use cases, automation, and rapid prototypes across retail, fintech, analytics, IoT, and consumer products.
