At MyBizCare, I founded an AI-powered voice receptionist SaaS platform for local businesses and took it from 0 to 1. I shipped a multi-tenant platform for voice and WhatsApp, then landed and onboarded its first paying customer.

At DP World, I owned product strategy for a Terminal Operating System built from the ground up, covering yard management, vessel planning, and gate automation. I directed go-live readiness at two container terminals and introduced process automation that improved turnaround times and resource utilization.

At Navis Software India, I built a maritime data analytics product line from inception to $2M ARR and grew an AI/ML product function to a 15-person team. Earlier, I took KLIP from concept to $200K ARR and owned product strategy for HeyMath!'s B2C e-learning SaaS platform.
