What I'm looking for
I am a CIPD Level 5-qualified HR professional with over five years' progressive generalist HR experience in multinational and manufacturing environments. I combine practical HR operations with strategic support for senior leaders, having worked across HR administration, employee relations, recruitment and onboarding.
As founder of Power Path Solutions I deliver retained and project HR consultancy to SMEs, drafting contracts and policies, coaching managers and preparing businesses for HR audits to reduce employment risk. Previously, as a People Advisor at Jacksons Bakery, I led end-to-end recruitment, induction programmes and day-to-day advisory support across production, operations and commercial teams.
In HR administrator and earlier roles I managed HR systems (Sage, HRIS, D365), absence and holiday tracking, expat logistics and HR reporting, supporting disciplinary and grievance processes and compliance activities. I have a strong record of coordinating training, improving engagement and maintaining accurate people data to inform leadership decisions.
