What I'm looking for
I am a CIPD-qualified HR professional with over 11 years' experience delivering strategic and operational HR across multinational, SME, and non-profit organisations. I specialise in aligning people strategies to business objectives through data-led decision making and policy optimisation.
In my current role as Senior HR Business Partner I lead HR for EMEA and APAC, supporting around 300 people and implementing HRIS, LMS, workflow automation and Power BI reporting to surface actionable insights. I have led salary benchmarking, total rewards reviews, workforce planning and international hiring via EoRs.
I design and deliver programmes in L&D, wellbeing and ED&I with measurable outcomes; my initiatives contributed to a 27-point increase in eNPS, the first uplift in nearly five years. I also manage employee relations, complex casework, performance management and change programmes.
