What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can partner with managers to deliver pragmatic, commercially focused people solutions—using HR metrics, coaching, and inclusive engagement—to support change, resolve employee relations fairly, and improve onboarding and employee experience.

I’m a CIPD level 7 qualified HR professional with progressive experience across People Advisory, Employee Relations, Recruitment, Learning & Development and HR Operations. I partner with managers to deliver pragmatic, commercially focused people solutions that support organisational objectives and enhance employee engagement and performance.

In my current People Partner (Junior) role, I support workforce planning by recruiting, onboarding, and retaining permanent and seasonal employees. I design and deliver onboarding training, coach managers on consistent HR policy application and employment legislation, and analyse people data (absence, turnover, recruitment trends) to provide insight and recommendations that improve business performance. I also review HR processes and employee communication to enhance employee experience while ensuring HR systems and records remain accurate, confidential and compliant with employment legislation and GDPR.

Before this, as a People Advisor at Community Health Partnerships, I supported organisational change initiatives including restructures and TUPE consultations, resolved complex employee relations matters, and supported managers at investigations/disciplinary meetings with best-practice handling. I’ve also led recruitment cycle activity as an HR Co-ordinator and sourced candidates as an Inhouse Recruiter—always focused on timely, solution-focused outcomes. I’m known for building strong stakeholder relationships, proactive judgement, and managing multiple priorities; I was nominated for a CHP Way Award and I’ve been awarded Employee of the Month, and I’m passionate about creating inclusive workplace cultures where employees can thrive.
