I seek a people-focused HR role where I can partner with leaders, lead employee relations, improve retention, and drive people strategy in a collaborative culture.

I am an HR professional with extensive experience partnering senior leaders to deliver pragmatic, legally sound employee relations and people solutions across multiple sectors.

I have led complex, high-risk casework, streamlined recruitment processes, and supported organisation design, restructuring and succession planning while acting as the primary HR contact for business lines of varying sizes.

My background includes managing HR functions end-to-end—from high-volume recruitment and ATS implementation to policy creation, payroll coordination and L&D initiatives—driving measurable engagement and retention improvements.

I hold CIPD Level 7 awards in Employment Law and Resourcing & Talent Management and a BSc in International Hospitality and Tourism Management, and I bring a collaborative, solution-focused approach to fostering inclusion, performance and business-aligned people outcomes.
